Gurnard flesh is white, firm and good eating when filleted and skinned. It has a medium flavour with low oil content. Suitable to bake, barbecue, shallow or deep fry, foil bake, grill, poach or steam.

Orders should be made no later than 12pm the day before and can be collected 2:30pm the following day. We are open Monday through to Saturday.
